Andrew & Beatrice Joaquin- Locally owned, Veteran owned, Payback Pest Control is armed with the knowledge, experience, and expertise in Pest Control, we're providing the highest in results through great customer service. With the support of his family and wife, Beatrice, Andrew set out to begin a milestone of accomplishments starting with acquiring and organizing the best trained and educated staff in the Valley and in the state of Arizona. Andrew has been in the pest management industry for over twelve years serving in the capacities of a Service Technician, Sales Specialist, Service Manager, and District Manager- Transitory. Andrew has worked side by side with board certified entomologists, attended several lectures, seminars and obtained relevant and nationally recognized certification through courses in person and with online educational systems. Andrew has been state certified in four states and continues his education and development with memberships in several trade organizations including a side by side partnership with other local pest management owners. Andrew has his Masters of Administration in Management from Northern Arizona University and uses all the principals and information learned in his small business; Payback Pest Control is a local member of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, and AZ Connected, both of which support local small business. Locally owned and operated, we don’t view ourselves simply as a business in a particular community. Andrew has always had really reasonable pricing and will keep coming back till your problem is solved. I am a realtor and he gets all my business when I client asks me for a recommendation. I know he will stand behind his work.

I have personally used Payback Pest Control, and as a Realtor, have referred them to clients as well. Response is always prompt and service excellent. Payback has treated my home when it had termites, comes out for annual inspection; we've had pre-construction treatment on a home addition and detached workshop as well. I have a number of clients who have used the services of Payback Pest Control and always speak highly of their service as well. I only recommend companies whose services I have used and am completely happy with as the service provided reflects back to me. I never hesitate to refer Payback Pest Control and would give them ten stars if it were allowed.
