It’s the 3rd time I’ve used this company. I had them put a RO in my parents home and they did a great job, very clean. I recommend them to anyone.

I needed to replace my shower fixture, and water heater. I called Now Plumbing. They responded within 15 minutes to my call then arrived on site in two hours. Professional, reasonably priced, and the work is top notch .

The installation was very good but it was overpriced. It cost much more than I expected.

Terrible company. When they first scheduled my appointment, I came home at the designated time and they called to say they were stuck at another job and would be unable to come as scheduled. When they finally came on the inspection visit, the findings were understandable. But when they explained that my options were limited to a few fixture options, I asked to have them e mail the fixtures to me so I could review them. My home is a custom home with high-end finishes and I am not going to leave it to the plumber to select my fixtures. The plumber left and then came back in 5 minutes with a cell phone photo of what I could have ordered. I couldn't tell anything about the fixture except that it was chrome. I again asked to have them email me my options and the plumber again left only to return again in 5 minutes. He handed me the phone and I was asked to speak to the manager. He told me that my options were limited. No kidding. I asked him again to email the product information to me. The plumber then left, never to be heard from again. No email with products. Nothing! The took my $24.95 inspection fee and never did anything they said they would.
