BTSI Construction

This was a very disappointing day for me. On the day and 10 minutes after the time BTSI should be arriving to my house to install my floors I received a text message that said he would have to reschedule because it was too cold to lay towel (although it was in the high 60 on this particular morning.) I called him right away and got no answer. I have not heard form any one as of yet (3 days later). That is not acceptable and so unprofessional (SMH) I should have known using them was a bad Ideal when he would not return any of my calls leading up to the installation nor did he email me the contract as promised. Bottom line is If you're serious about the project that you're doing DO NOT depend on this company to be there as scheduled.

I contracted BTSI to do work and things aren't done and I've paid them. My ceiling wasn't painted correctly, grout on tile isn't cleaned up, cabinet doors are not installed, one of the doors for a bath won't close and more I can't get Tim Dalton to answer my phone calls or text. I've email the company to complain and have gotten no response. The phone number they have listed is someone else personal cell number and the lady says she has no knowledge of BTSI. This is a really bad company and buyers need to be aware.

Terrible job unskilled workers no communication with workers because they didn't speak english job went unsupervised and contractor wouldn't call me back also checked is liscence number on Louisiana contractor license website it's not valid

BTSI came out in company trucks, were on time. and were just overall so professional. They provided us with a satellite image of our roof system which no other company provided and they gave us the best price. The day of the installation they were on time and had the project done in one day. These guys are professional through and through . I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates a professional company with impeccable workmanship.
