  | K Residence | Dec 2018 | The K Residence, is a new 3,286 sf Single Family Residence located in Miami Beach that has recently gotten Design Review Board Approval and is currently in the permitting process. The residence was designed to incorporate contextually into the neighborhood by taking features commonly found and interpreting them cohesively into a modern approach such as: stone banding, flat roofs, roof terraces, minimalist railings and more. Throughout the residence there is a play of alternating private/public spaces offering multiple ways the homeowners and guests can enjoy the home for a long time to come.   | N Residence | Jan 2017 | The N Residence is a remodel of a 5,200 square foot, two-story Miami home from the 1970s. More natural light has been brought into the interior, while accents like mahogany and travertine have revitalized the look inside and out. The interior is graced with customized furnishings, ambient recessed lighting, and a chic kitchen with an emphasis on its powerful contemporary lines. The exterior is tastefully landscaped with native flora and new features like customized fencing to facilitate privacy on a patio-pool surrounded by tropical foliage. Retention of existing home was important to be cost effective and to meet with client's programming needs.
