5 Star Kitchen & Bath

I had 5 star kitchen and bath come remodel my bathroom. They did such a great job. the installers were great at making sure I was happy and that everything was perfect for me. I also had a sliding glass door put in. My old one had fallen apart before my scheduled install date. I called them and they found a way to get it put in early. I'm very happy with everything they did and I would use them again.

Ricky did the bath install along with Ryan, Matthew and Froylan. I can't say enough good things about them. Ricky was meticulous and the install exceeded my expectations!

Beware of this company, as you scroll threw the reviews notice that 90% of them are after meeting with the sales team and discussing their project,  almost as if cuatomers were promised something extra for leaving  a positive rewiew.  Skip past those and look at the reviews AFTER the projects were complete. This company is rude, unreliable and will scam you anyway they can.  They took advantage of my 80 year old parents and have no repect for anyone.  This company is bad from the managers Walter and Donny, to their sales team Zack and Nathan. And everyone un between.  A $17,000 bathroom remodel was considered the bottom line package?  The bathroom remodel was a nightmare and the lack of communication was pathetic.  The only good part about this is that its done.  My parents lost, and 0 Star Kitchen and Bath won! They will nickel and dime you to death, provide no itemized recipt of what you are getting and fight you on any and everything.  But the biggest factor is they will take advantage of Senior Citizens!! They originally came out in September promised us everything a customer want to hear and showed up 4 months later to begin the project with no communication. A lot of the items originally ordered in Sept when we were promised the moon and stars conveniently were now not in the contract and would now be an extra charge?? This company has zero communication, the worst customer service and will nickel and dime you for everything... Things that a reputable company would include they dont and its extra... They wanted my 80 hear old father on full time oxygen to paint base boards after they were installed because its not included in the contract? Who doesnt include that? They are rude and mean and take advantage of Senior Citizens.. What an awful company. Please shop around....
