I specialize in minor to mid-range home repairs. I also do rental property repairs. I do upgrades and repairs to rentals when tenants move out as well as repairs when tenants are residing in the rental. My services range from light electrical and plumbing, such as changing light fixtures and switches or plumbing fixtures such as faucets, under sink drain plumbing, etc. Other services include door repairs and weather stripping, and lock repairs or replacements. Other maintenance and repairs include tile re-grouting and Tub, shower and sink re-caulking. Wall repairs include cutting out damaged drywall and installing a patch. I use a drywall patch with repair clips when in between studs. Safety services include installing grab bars. Also, I have made some custom threasholds / floor level transition pieces, since there are some of these items not available in the hardware store.
