The License number Todd Simmons LLC states as a qualified builder actually is registered to a completely different company with no affiliation named Sandborn Builders. Also be advised as noted this company states it is a qualified builder for 11 years. The Registration was 27May2019 far short of the stated "11 years" but does have ties to TNT Outdoor Creations LLC and other LLCs which are both inactive and/or filed bankrupt. Two great examples of why you may want to choose a more reputable business to work with.

Todd Roland Simmons previously of TNT outdoor Creations is a Bankrupt swindler who will promise you the moon, take your money and absconding. Do not trust the quality of his work or the quality of his character.
