Welter Construction has been a family run business for more than 45 years by two generations of finish carpenters. Roger Welter Sr. started the company and Roger Welter Jr. since 1999. As a General Contractor, we provide project management and expertise for roofing, siding, gutters, windows & doors, along with cement & masonry work. As a General Contractor, you can make just one phone call with any questions, and not have to bother with several sub contractors for each section of your project.

I contracted Welter Construction in September of 2019 to build me a new garage. They said they can do it within 2 months, but it was a lied. Now, it's November 2020, 14 months later and $11,000 paid to them the garage is still unfinish. I called Ethan Siem, Project Manage, Zach Rydbom, Production manager, Roger Welter, Owner about finishing the garage but no call back or response from them.

Roger seems like he is professional but his follow through is not there. We have been calling him for weeks and he doesn't return our calls. He used to say things like, "oh, any day now," but now it is nothing.
