Very professional and prompt but did a really bad job. When I contacted them to advise of issue he responded on day one but then stopped all communication and 2 months later still have not made an attempt to correct the issue.

The crew always tries hard. I love my pond. One miss step with a new lily pad, but all the rest went fine.
