A Plus Van Lines

The staff is rude and unprofessional. Everytime you call they have an attitude like you are wasting their time. The staff doesn't communicate. 1 dispatcher told us pick up would be Thursday between 9 & 10am, when we called to confirm they said nope sometime on Friday we don't know. When they were told the stuff had to be out by Thursday they basically said that's not our problem. They never came out to take inventory to give an accurate quote, so when there was more then what we remembered to tell them they wanted to charge over $1000 more. When they were asked when the stuff would be there they said, "when we have a truck going to south Carolina, so maybe next week". So we paid them to take what they quoted us for and now I have to make 2 more trips to get my parents all their things. My parents moved to Carolina to retire and enjoy life and this company has not made anything easy for them at all. This has been the most stressful experience ever for them. My mom has done nothing but cry.

They were late they don't tell you when they are coming they are BAD slow and unprofessional workers

The worst movers in the world broke both TV's broke dishes got all the mattresses so dirty soaked a box of coats on n on do not use them

This company is really really bad does not come on time does not take credit cards broke and lost and damaged soany things horrible
