Hello, Welcome to PRC Roofing. We are a licensed*bonded*insured roofing company based out of Mountlake Terrace WA. We provide free estimates for all jobs large or small. We specialize in "re-roofs". A re-roof consist of the removal of the existing roofing material & installation of a new product. Re-roofs can differ greatly in size, cost and materials used. There are many products to use for a re-roof. PRC mainly installs composition roofing. This is the most common and affordable product. We install high end composition products as well. Based on the complexity and size of the project, most roofs are completed in two days! We perform residential & commercial roof projects. First step is a on site visit. We will provide you with product samples and interact with the client to learn what they would to see as well as answer any questions they may have. Once the material has been chosen, we submit our material list to our roofing supplier for a price quote. Once a material price has been submitted to PRC from the supplier, PRC creates a official paper estimate to email to the client. This estimate is sent to the client, as well as our legal documents. PRC has a very good reputation for organization, professionalism and cleanliness. All of our projects are completed in agreed upon time unless weather is a factor.
