We had our HVAC system installed in April 2020. System worked fine. In July 2020 our system started leaking water and flooding the basement and had an emergency turn off. We live in Maryland where the weather is 90s-100s and we have small children with no AC. I have called for the past two weeks, with the response that "Someone will call you back within 24 hours." 5 days later we had to call back because we did not receive a call. They stated again "We will escalate this to management. Christopher Hutt and he you will hear back from him within 24 hours." 4 days later we have yet to hear anything back. Sears is refusing to cover the costs even though the HVAC is under warranty and threatening to charge us since the company won't reach out. I am so disappointed with this company, who continues to ask for their payments for a machine that doesn't work. My parents were looking to get an HVAC system from them too, but since we have had such poor service at this point they are scared to even schedule an appointment. We made top dollar for a machine that has not worked for two weeks and can't even get a call to schedule a repair appointment, just a run around and a failed call back system. I am completely displeased with this company and would rate very poor customer service. Due to this issue as the heat rises we are now having to send our children to their grandparents until this can be resolved.

Was done when Customer Service rep does not know how to acknowledge a wife of a Veteran neither what form of payment is acceptable.

No Show for scheduled appointment.On hold with company trying to find the contractor to no avail. Ain't nobody got time for that.
