My experience with SERVIZ has not been a good one. My first appointment was rescheduled in the middle of the 2 hour appointment window via email. The following day, my second appointment was a no call, no show. I took off of work early both days so at this point my decision to use SERVIZ has actually cost me money! My third appointment in three days is scheduled for today. Fingers crossed the tech actually shows up or atleast calls today!!
