Needs water heater installed already have the heater.
We believe that our Maytag washing machine basket motor may need to be replaced. The motor is still under warranty so we need to find a reputable company who can replace the part through the Whirlpool warranty if that is the problem. Everything is working fine but when the basket is spinning it is making a very loud noise. There does not appear to be any obstruction as the basket spins with full rotation speed. The companies referred to us by Whirlpool Via Factory Service (crofton) and MC Appliances Repair (Bowie Hyattsville) have terrible reviews including lawsuits. We have names of high quality repair services but not necessarily ones that can replace the part under warranty (labor excluded). We need a reputable authorized repair service. We appreciate any help we can get in finding a company. Thank you.
