iREPAINT.com was able to perform many tasks on this project. We started off by Pressure washing this house at 4,000 psi. Then we did major repairs to the existing windows. iREPAINT also replaced man door and frames at the garage. We prime wood on alls sides including the ends of the boards to lock out moisture. We then removed the old and decayed window glazing and replaced 7 window panes that were broken. Then we reglazed the window units and finish painted the whole window. We also caulked and prepped the areas with loose and flaking paint and spot primed all bare or decayed areas. Then we patched holes voids and cracks and applied two full coats of 100% acrylic paint to all soffits, fascia, walls, porch ceilings, doors frames and wrought iron handrails

We performed many services on this project. It was a complete condo renovation. iREPAINT began the project by caulking new croon molding and filling nail holes throughout the entire unit. We then covered and protected all surfaces from paint splatter and overspray. Then we commenced painting Two full coats of flat ceiling paint applied to all ceilings. Two Full Coats Eggshell Wall Paint on all walls. Two Full Coats Gloss Trim Paint applied to all crown molding, base boards, doors and doorframes.
