Echo Park Full Home Renovation & Addition | Mar 2016 | Full Home Renovation and Addition. Industrial Artist Style. We removed most of the walls in the existing house and create a bridge to the addition over the detached garage. We created an very open floor plan which is industrial and cozy. Both bathrooms and the first floor have cement floors with a specialty stain, and a radiant heat system. We installed a custom kitchen, custom barn doors, custom furniture, all new windows and exterior doors. We loved the rawness of the beams and added corrugated tin in a few areas to the ceiling. We applied American Clay to many walls, and installed metal stairs. This was a fun project and we had a blast! | $550k | Los Angeles, CA

Playroom-Music Room-Home Office-Guest Room | Mar 2015 | We were tasked with creating a multifunctional space in a basement room. It is only 150 square feet with a odd shape. First, we created zones. Play zone, music zone, office zone, and guest zone. We reconfigured the layout and reused a shelving unit to create a desk area. We moved most of the toy storage and all of the guitar storage and hung on the walls create more floor space for the young children to play. We added a day bed with a trundle for over night guests and a place to play music, or just sit and read to the kids. For the children we used chalkboard paint in vibrant colors on the lower 2/3's of the walls in the kid zone. We installed a cork wall for them to display art, and created a reading nook area under the stairs. We still need a few accessories, and these are our photos so far. | $5k | El Segundo, CA
Furnishing a rented condo for a young male professional | Nov 2014 | We were tasked with updating and furnishing a rented condo for a young male professional. We used his one art piece as our inspiration for his living space. We installed an industrial type bookshelf, a custom sofa, and many store bought items. El Segundo Middle School Library | Aug 2014 | We were tasked with recreating a middle school library. We needed to have a minimum seat count of 50, we gave them 54. Our vision was to create a space that was calming, yet fun. We started with a cooler palette of greys with pops of teal and kiwi from RED, their school color (not a good color for tweens). We created a 45' x 9' white board wall with varying shades of grey and our accent color underneath. We then applied clear whiteboard paint over the entire surface giving the students a place to collaborate, or just draw. To bring in school spirit, we created a 45' x9' photo collage wall of images of the school. We brought in moveable and adjustable height work station desks to give the staff flexibility as to the rooms layout. We create a lounge area for the students to relax in and installed a dimensional book shelf. I loved working on this project! I was given free rein to design and create the space. | $45k | El Segundo, CA
Master Bedroom Freshen and Full Remodel of Master Bathroom | Mar 2014 | We were tasked with updating a master bedroom and remodeling their on-suite bathroom. In the bedroom very little changed. We sent their existing furniture to be re-stained in a matte finish, installed a custom headboard, installed a grass-cloth wall paper behind the bed as a focal point, hung curtains to soften the look of the plantation shutters and installed a barn door system to the bathroom. We scanned a piece of art they had, sliced it, enlarged it, and used it on the glass barn door for art and privacy. The bathroom was totally demolished. We took out the dated tub/shower and vanity and installed a curb-less shower with a custom bench in a rock mosaic, installed new porcelain floor tiles and shower tiles, installed a custom vanity with a cararra marble top, all new plumbing and lighting fixtures including a towel warmer. | $20k | El Segundo, CA
