About Lupfer Builders
Lupfer Builders was established in 1994 by Dave Lupfer. A graduate of Northern Illinois University, Dave comes to the construction industry with a wealth of experience. He began his career with Seigle’s Home Centers, managing site installations of Seigle products such as millwork, doors, windows, & cabinetry. He also managed their retail electrical and plumbing department as well. Dave also worked for Corus Bank as a consultant, managing, repairing, and eventually selling foreclosed houses for this conglomerate. Before starting his own firm, Dave also worked as a construction liaison for Paramount Homes, a Chicago area builder.

We used Lupfer Builders for several renovation projects at our home in Park Ridge. The projects ranged from a major kitchen rehab to creating two show-worthy bathrooms from an existing small bathroom and adjacent spare room. In all their work, Lupfer employees were responsible, highly responsive and very professional. I would definitely call them again.
