I hired him to tuckpoint and recap chimney then sealer. We signed a 5 year guarantee on project or refund. The leaking I had was never stopped and whatever he used to fill cracks were soft and pealing months after applying. There were big gaps where cracks were not filled at all. I told him about the problem and he told me he would be sending someone out to fix the issues but never did. After several phone calls and him putting me off I asked for the refund as I had someone else who was going to help me. He said he would refund the money to me but never did and won't answer calls. The people who were working at my house said he obviously didn't know what he was doing and probably was just trying to make extra money in the off season. This was December. The cap seal he put on blew off like sheets of paper. He is dishonest and unethical to say the least.
