Pristine Windows & Doors Inc

I contracted with Pristine Windows & Doors, Inc end April 2021 with an estimated August 2021 installation of my new windows made by Custom Windows. Todd cashed my 50% downpayment check in early May and to date even with various emails, text messages, and voice messages left on his various numbers I have yet to receive the courtesy of either a response on the status of my windows, or that he is still in business or that he has my windows and that he will be installing on ____ date. Please do not use this company, please do not give this company and money - I am now working through the legal system to hold Pristine Windows & Doors accountable for this breach of contract. I have held off making this review but since all my attempts to contact Todd at Pristine Windows and Doors State Certification no SCC131150648 have fallen on deaf ears - this is my only recourse.
