I would highly recommend that you look somewhere else for a contractor. I hired this company to redo my rotting deck and enclose my patio and have had problem after problem ever since. To start their timeline is unrealistic. The whole job was supposed to take 6 weeks and actually took 4 months. My yard and driveway were a mess before during and after they had completed their work. I could probably build another deck with the amount of nails I picked up out of my yard. PS I have 3 dogs, all of this debris is not really beneficial to them. There are gaps in my now enclosed porch where you can see the outside. I have bowing railings, leaking windows, boards flipping up, and areas of sinking in the deck. I have been in contact with this company since the deck was 4 months old, it is now 10 months later and I still have unresolved issues. They make an appointment and then never show and they don't call or text to say they are not coming. Do yourself a favor and don't get involved with Silverhill Construction. You will save yourselves alot of headaches. I can not even give them 1 star.
