Power Crew

13 hours ago 1 star or less to the company 3 1/2 star to Austin. I have a mixed review. If you have a bigger job to be done, look for a different company. Power Crew doesn't seem to have enough personnel to send more than 1 person per job! Power Crew accepted our job to run electricity throughout our new shed and to run electricity to it. There was NO CREW!!! They initially sent a single person out (Steve) to do the job. After several days of what seemed like after hours work, my husband called and spoke with Jason (Power Crew's dispatcher. Supposedly the man in charge) for 17minutes about communication. Jason said he'd communicate with us and we never heard from him again! Finally Austin (nice young man) took it upon himself to get the job finished. The Company isn't very professional. We paid for our service up front and expected them to do the job with the same enthusiasm that they had to cash the check. The dispatcher had no respect at all for a paying customer, or he would have taken the time to COMMUNICATE with us. P.S. If your bid includes a trencher ($677 per day) don't be surprised when it's done by hand not by a trencher.

There will not be enough room here to write my entire experience out. I will just give the bullet points. These points have been spoken on the phone to management, they have been emailed, they have been mailed, and I also tried via messenger to get into contact with the owner. I had this company come out, give me a quote, and "complete" work on my meter socket service mast. 1. Austin said he would check with his boss and see if they could bend the service mast back and re-attach it to my home. He said that if that was not possible the charge would be 940$ for a level 2 difficulty or 1,141$ for a level 4 difficulty. He sent pictures to and spoke with his boss and then told me that it would have to be replaced. They did not replace it, they reattached it to my home and ran some new wires. Austin also told me that the service mast would be extended above the roof of my home, so that it would be up to code. It was not. 2. My invoice shows that the work was a level 2 difficulty, but they charged me the cost Austin quoted me for a level 4 difficulty. 3. The reason the service mast was being pulled off my home was because of a tree that fell on it. Jason told my mom that he would go ahead and cut it, but needed my husband to come home and move his van. My husband left work 30 minutes away, lost hours at work, gas, and was written up because it was not a family emergency. When I got home from work I found the tree untouched. 4. When I called to address these issues with management, I was lied to about the name of the person who did the work. Also I was promised a return phone call either that afternoon or the next day. 5. After not receiving a return call, I sent a message through facebook messenger. I was flat out denied contact. It has now been a over 2 weeks since I called. 6. After speaking with the city permits department I was informed that an inspection was not scheduled by them. 7. Upon further investigation I have found a copy of the permit that was pulled. The permit states that they were going to do a temporary emergency repair. That is not at all what we contracted them to do, nor what my invoice states was done. 8. The certified letter has been waiting for them to be picked up for over a week. 9. Shortly after writing a review on facebook they blocked me. I have given ample opportunity for them to rectify the situation. I have formally requested a refund per their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee posted in black on white on their website. They are unwilling to co-operate and admit their faults. I would NEVER recommend doing business with them.

Power Crew did a lighting upgrade in my home. Jason did a great job laying out several nice options for us to improve the lighting and look of our home. The lighting accents our living room, pool table, and entertainment areas. We have had nothing but compliments and could not be happier with the work that was done. Well done Power Crew!
