  | Porch Renovation | Oct 2015 | Renovation of one hundred year old Porch. The many years of house settling had left the porch and the bedroom above sagging badly. Rather than do a complete tear down as other companies suggested I was able to save the basic structure and key elements that made the porch historic and jack up the supports, reinforce it for strength as well as the ceiling structure bringing everything back to level including the master bedroom. Once the structure was sound again, we put in a new water sound floor and beautiful new ceiling. The home owners are so happy with the completed project that this summer I am restoring their back and side decks on their historic home! | Omaha, NE |
