The guy is inadequate. We agreed on a half upfront and a half when job is done. I gave him more than half upfront. Than every time he came he requested more and more money while the project was not even close to be done. I gave him more money once but when I kindly rejected the next request, he started blaming and insulting me. Now he is threatening me. Now that I see what he's done I see very poor quality. I can prove it with photos.
