I hired Joel to do a couple small projects in my home after observing him doing some work at a condo association. From his mannerisms it was clear that he takes a lot of pride in what he does. I spoke to him and we scheduled an after hours time for him to observe the work I was wanting done. and was thoroughly satisfied with the caliber of his work and his timeliness of his arrival. He was very courteous, . knowledgeable and eager to get the job at hand. I also recommended a friend and neighbor of mine of whom he contacted right away and scheduled her work the following day. She was so pleased that she is working on a second list of little things which she has let slide for a while. Very reasonable price and quality work. At first we were skeptical because the price he quoted was much lower than the other estimates we obtained to have our driveway pressure cleaned and our home painted, but we must say what a fine job J&J did.
