I was assigned this company from Choice Home Warranty. I called the day before to verify my appointment. Everything was on schedule. On the day of the appointment I called at the beginning of my appointment time for an ETA and was then told the technician no longer worked for them. The owner was actually rude to me and was not apologetic and when I told him I had arranged my schedule for this appointment and could not do anything but tomorrow he said he was cancelling me and I would have to call Choice. How this company has such good reviews is beyond me. DO NO USE!
