Bowk roofers brought in by GC. They did not warranty their work, it was disjointed, and they are retaining deposit money that was unused for the tasks at hand. The roof is still leaking and they have no allegiance to professional ethics. Watch out as I am forced to seek legal enforcement for their behavior
