Cleveland came out to assess the projects; told me to call him in a couple of days for estimates. When I called, he was busy; told me he would get back to me at lunchtime. That was 10 days ago. I called, emailed and texted, all to no avail.
We hired UpRaise Construction to do work at a rental property (ceiling & deck repair and outside painting). They have been professional and we are pleased with the work. Price are also reasonable.
