I have had a Red Tag on the installation of a packaged unit (outdoor heat/AC unit) for well over a year. I called them back and twice they came out and simply turned on the gas instead of bringing up the unit to code, ignoring the Red Tag issues. The blower motor was bad and it took them months to repair it, causing excessive heat bills. Now it will take 3 weeks to get a reputable company out to fix his improper installation, and no heat until then!
