EXTERIOR: 1. The complete exterior of the house, including the back deck and the front walkway (to the driveway) will be power washed. Mold and mildew will be sprayed with bleach and removed. 2. Prime all bare wood with Muralo Grabber primer. 3. Paint all white wood trim on the exterior of the house, Muralo mid-gloss paint, 2 coats, white. 4. Paint all cedar siding on the exterior of the house, Graham solid color stain, 2 coats, to match existing yellow. Wall inside of screen porch included. 5. All Shutters and doors (front door only if needed) to be painted 2 coats, Muralo mid-gloss paint, to match existing green. 6. All loose paint will be scraped and sanded smooth. All damaged wood will be repaired using epoxy wood filler. 7. Kenco Decorators will provide a carpenter to replace rotting or damaged wood on house. The main areas are on the outside of the porch. 8. The carpenters cost will be a separate cost from this proposal. 9. All cracks will be caulked. 10. The back deck will be stained Sikkens teak decking stain. 11. The inside of the back porch will be cleaned and re-varnished using M.L. Campbell clear coat varnish, floors and screen frames only. 12. Kenco Decorators will provide the ladders and scaffolding for the high areas of the house.

Paint all wood trim on the exterior of the house a darker color than the siding, Cabots solid color stain, customer chooses color. 3. Paint all cedar siding on the exterior of the house, Cabots solid color stain, one coat, customer chooses color. 4. Paint the cedar siding on some areas of house 2 coats, mostly on NW and NE parts of the house where the siding has faded. The first coat Muralo Grabber cedar primer tinted to the siding color. 5. Paint all shutters a charcoal color, Cabots solid color stain, customer chooses color. 6. The screened inside porch area from the front door to the garage is to be painted, Cabots solid color stain, same color as exterior siding. The ceiling is to be painted white. 7. The back screened porch is to be painted, Cabots solid color stain, same color as exterior siding. Do not paint the ceiling. 8. All loose paint will be scraped and sanded smooth. All damaged wood will be repaired using epoxy wood filler. 9. All cracks will be caulked. Garage Interior 1. Fix all cracks in garage using Dura bond drywall mud. 2. Sand and prime all patched drywall spots. 3. Paint garage ceiling and walls Benjamin Moore matt, white. 4. Paint woodwork and doors, Muralo Ultra semi-gloss, white.
