I called this plumbing company this morning hoping to use them and after speaking for a few minutes, I said I am sorry but with whom am I speaking with please as you never gave me your name? The woman was so rude, she said well who are you? I said excuse but as a business owner, when the phone is answered it is usually with, good morning this is John's plumbing, Sharon speaking and how may I help you. The woman laughed at me and said again do you need to make an appointment? I asked again, who am I speaking with and finally she said this is Sharon and I said Sharon are you the owner? She said I am the owner's wife. Well Sharon let me tell you something, your unprofessionalism and rudeness just lost you three jobs as I told you I was calling for three people in my neighborhood and we will make sure to let the people of Palatka know that your attitude is terrible and you don't need the business...
