About Starr Telecom
It all started after Leonel J. Lopez, Sr. retired from a Fortune 500 Company (GTE), after 30+ years if service. Not one to sit in a rocking chair and watch his grandchildren play, Leonel and his wife Adriana started STE with the help from their three children. The family owned and operated business started in a small warehouse and a small service truck. That was 1999. In 2007, the Lopez transition from a "mom and pop" operation to a leader in the telecommunication field was completed with the inauguration of a new 6,000 square foot warehouse and offices in Palmview, Texas. A new fleet of service trucks, more and better- trained technicians, and a renewed commitment to provide the best service at the most reasonable price, now defines STE.
