I purchased a home in need of repair after purchase. Erik came in and gave me a solid quote on my kitchen. He did the walls and the electric for the kitchen. He started as guaranteed and completed the work early. His rate was lower then most of the quotes I received. He came in with a free estimate and did a great job. I have sine used him on rental rehabs I have going on in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
