I was overall unsatisfied with the work the crew have done to my driveway. The main issue of my driveway is still very low, they left cracks and chips in the cement, which looks very ugly, and were very unresponsive to my feedback when I addressed these issues. They were actually rather rude. I placed a complaint with the owner, Mark, and he was also not in anyway understanding or accommodating. Overall, the work done was not done well, and I had to still pay full price for poor results and damaged cement. It seems to me these people only care about your money and not the quality of the work or satisfaction of the customer. I am very disappointed as I heard good reviews from this place.
