This was a challenging commercial project with many unknown aspects and risks due to prior undocumented work. Damon's methodical approach resulted in completing the project as promised.

Rene completed my porch by filling in the roof cover with insulation. Then boarded that in and hung ceiling fans and painted. He really did a great job. I would highly recommend Rene for any job. He is very reasonable in pricing and does great work.
Don't even bother to contact Capital City Remodeling. They only wasted my time.
He came and have us an estimate. The owner of our property agreed to let him do the work. She gave him half to order parts and we were told going to start on a certain date. Now he has no communication with us at all. Took the owner for $1700
