Cipriano Contracting

I am a landlord and used Fred for multiple jobs at my rental properties over the past 8 years or so. I really trusted him, and recently, we put down $6K as a down payment for a siding job. Months went by and the job wasn't started. When he didn't respond to phone calls, texts or emails, I went to visit him at his home. He said that his former wife cleaned out his bank accounts and couldn't do the job. On a couple of other properties, I noticed that ceiling leaks were appearing frequently even though I had paid for Fred to install rubber roofs on them. He would come and repair them, but this just kept going on. Finally, after that siding job mentioned above fell through, I had other contractors go up and they pointed out that no rubber roofs were installed on them. I verified that myself by going up on the roofs. In one case, Fred put down 90 weight paper, and for the other roof, he simply spread a tar-like material over the existing old paper roof. Essentially, he stole my money. He even provided warranties, but they were meaningless. Had to have other contractors put up rubber roofs over what he did.

I hired Mr Cipriano to do my roof and some guttering. Because he was working around Christmas time I paid him in full with a little extra. He had not completed the job. The guttering is incomplete and a portion of the roof was not done. The water is now washing away my foundation and damaging an area of siding because of the incomplete guttering. He does not answer my phone calls or text messages. I was able to reach him once and he promised to come out and complete the job but he never showed up. So I am now left to try to complete the guttering before it does more damage.

I was very pleased with the whole experiance. From the first phone call I felt comfortable, Fred came out and gave me a free estimate, he was very friendly, very knowledgable and very respectful of my home. I had my roof, windows, and siding done, quality workmanship at reasonable prices. I would recommend Cipriano contracting to all my friends and family!
