We know the building process is challenging and will test the patience and endurance of most. Our job is to make construction as painless as possible. We are committed to extensive planning, exceptional communication and providing quality workmanship throughout the project. We believe in service at all levels, from building a $1M+ home or doing a small "handyman" task. If we do it well and at a fair price you will not only call us again but will refer us to your friends and neighbors. Our projects have never won any awards...but we've never entered any contest's either. Your satisfaction is the only award we need. If you are looking for someone to beat a quote then we are probably not for you. We price our jobs as we present them to you and will not compromise quality on the chopping block of cost. West End Renovation | Aug 2016 | Actual Costs to be determined. Renovation of 3100 square foot home sitting on 8 acres. Original construction in 1970. The bones in this house were awesome and would surpass most construction of today. Replaced electric, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, flooring, sheet rock/paint. Basically tore down to studs and rebuilt. Brick exterior with 1970 ranch look makes the exterior somewhat simple but the interior transformation made this project excel. Double sided fireplace, granite tops throughout, engineered hardwood with LVT in the lower level and tile in the wet areas. Jacuzzi tub in main bath. Whispering Pines Renovation | Jan 2015 | Interior renovation of Kitchen, Dining and Living room, Guest and Master Bath. Removed interior walls reallocating floor space from 70's and 80's design into functional and efficient floorspace. Replaced 1500 square feet of carpet with site finish 6" red oak with natural finish. Kitchen cabinets are hickory with cinnamon finish with Sicilian Sand Granite tops. Modifying master bath with walk in shower, double bowl vanity and functional closet space maximizing efficiency. Faced traditional red brick fireplace with tumbled stone tile creating a light, clean look reflecting light into the room. Forest Creek Residence | Jan 2012 | White clay and underground springs made this project interesting within the first week. All framing material is engineered lumber.
