West End Renovation

Aug 2016

Actual Costs to be determined. Renovation of 3100 square foot home sitting on 8 acres. Original construction in 1970. The bones in this house were awesome and would surpass most construction of today. Replaced electric, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, flooring, sheet rock/paint. Basically tore down to studs and rebuilt. Brick exterior with 1970 ranch look makes the exterior somewhat simple but the interior transformation made this project excel. Double sided fireplace, granite tops throughout, engineered hardwood with LVT in the lower level and tile in the wet areas. Jacuzzi tub in main bath. Ample storage designed into both upper and lower floors. Private deck access from guest and master bedrooms
