Wayne Davis, Architect has practiced architecture in Beverly Hills CA and St. Petersburg FL for the past 35 years. His expertise as a designer has been primarily in the residential (single and multifamily), and light commercial areas (office, medical clinic and warehouse). As the designer of residential projects his focus has been on sustainability via green design and construction product integration.
