Nowhere do they tell you that they have a minimum 1 hour labor charge, even for looking at something for 5 minutes and not doing any work. They sent me a bill out of the blue for $60 for doing nothing and then threatened me with legal action when I called with my concerns. Maybe it's just the supervisor I talked to, but his place seems horrible. Stay away.
