There was an issue with some work which was done and it was promptly addressed upon a phone call. Good customer service.

Starting with my initial call to them to address a plumbing issue that we were having, they were accommodating and pleasant. Got a short 2 hour window, and Brett was on time. He actually wore shoe covers which impressed me. He investigated every possible reason that we could be having our problem (which I dreaded would be a huge ordeal). Turns out that it was a simple fix. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fair with pricing. I will never call another plumbing company!
