I spoke with Brett about my horrible situation at home. He came out the next day. We signed a 60 day guarantee, but he offered to come back in 10 days. I made another appt 7 days out, had to reschedule to just a few days later. When that day came, he never called and or text me back. I tried every day to get a hold of him. I noticed he posted on Facebook about his business Saturday, so he had means to contact me. Now when i try to go search his page, i think i am blocked as it is not coming up now. I also did not get rid of my pest problem. At this point i would like a full refund so i can try to go through another person. He is a professional scam artist!
