My experience has been, to say the least, the worst I have ever encountered as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. We have had a warranty issue pending for over a year. The only response I can get from the Pooler, Ga. rep is " Oh I am so busy I don't know when I can get over to you to replace the 3 damaged louvers over your porch". You mean you have been so busy for over a year you could not "Work Me In". Sounds like poor management or poor planning on their part. If asked for a recommendation of Express Sunrooms my response will be "Don't count on any follow up once they have your money.
