Style of Doorknob
A doorknobs appearance is often the deciding factor as homeowners want it to match with a room's overall theme or decor. A simple round knob of a solid color might fit into some environments, while a lever handle with a burnished metal look may be more appropriate for others. The door plate around the handle can also add sculptured layers to the door's appearance while providing protection to the surface surrounding the handle.
Security Options
When it comes to security, there are three main types of doorknobs:
- No lock. The simplest design has no locking capabilities at all and offers no added protection.
- Simple keyless lock. This design has a lock that can be operated from one side of the door, preventing others from getting through. These are commonly used on bathrooms or bedrooms. In case of emergency, there is usually a small hole or indentation in the knob on the other side allowing access with a small tool if needed.

Need the hinges in the refrigerator moved to the opposite side of the door. Need a 6' section of downspout (larger size rectangular downspout) on the NW corner of the building. Need an 8' section of downspout on the bottom of the downspout on the SE corner of the building. That entire downspout needs to be reconnected to the roof. The floodlight fixture near the SE corner of the building needs to be tightened up so that it doesn't "spin" when we try to put in a new lightbulb. We use an extension pole to change bulbs, but the fixture needs to be secure enough on the wall that it doesn't shift out of position when we barely touch it with the new bulb.
