Slate Flooring Cost
Cost of residential-grade, contoured stone in 12"x12" textured tiles with a natural surface. Rate is inclusive of local delivery, as well as standard excess for perfect installation and occasional repairs.
Slate Flooring Labor, Basic
Labor cost, under typical conditions, for complete installation. A full mud base will be applied, then tile will be laid out, fabricated, and secured with grouting. Inclusive of all staffing needs: thorough planning, acquisition of equipment and material, preparation and protection of installation site, and meticulous cleanup.
Slate Flooring Job Supplies
Requisite supplies for the job, including fabrication and polishing disposables, manufacturer-recommended underlayment, fasteners, adhesives, and surface sealants.
Slate Flooring Equipment Allowance
Daily rental of specialty equipment for maximum quality and efficiency. These include 10" diamond wet tile and stone saw, mortar box, and power mortar mixer. Consumable equipment elements not included.
Slate Flooring Debris Disposal
Responsible disposal of all related project debris, including the cost to load and haul old materials, installation waste, and any other refuse.
Option: Remove Flooring
Safe, efficient removal of existing flooring and related materials. Flooring will be removed, broken down, and removed from the home. Additional charge will be assessed for asbestos handling.
