| New floors and bathroom remodel | Oct 2018 | This was a Mobile home that had carpet throughout. Installed 4 rooms of laminate flooring, took out old tub and replaced it with a handicapped shower, also replaced the toilet with a chair height handicapped, took out old vanity and replaced with new vanity and top. I had to convert the plumbing over to pex and installed new faucets and drain systems. The hot water heater had to be replumbed and the well didn’t have a cut off.
