Awful, repaired my toilet created a leak that damaged my ceiling. The owner stated that the issue was pre existing only problem with that is I just had my entire interior painted I also had the popcorn ceilings removed in the living which is where the damage is there is a zero percent chance that what he is telling me is accurate. They have the worst customer service in America. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

Water heater issue with a contract through PSNC who subs through Home Depot. Samjokar was sent to my house twice to resolve low temp issue with water heater. 1st time claimed to have replaced both thermostats. One month later same issue with no hot water. Same plumber responded and stated that both thermostats burned out due to settings at approximately 140F. Plumber claimed that manufacturer would not cover replacement and that code violations occurred and informed PSNC of the same. Contract claim denied. Plumber said it would be $300 to replace both thermostats. Homeowner checked water heater and found ECO (Energy Cut Off) tripped and reset with red button. Power to elements back on. Lower thermostat replaced for $8 as a precautionary step. Plumber either had poor troubleshooting skills or fraudulent practices to charge homeowner unnecessarily. Either way would never allow Samjokar back on my property, and will inform Home Depot and PSNC of the poor service and intimidation tactics from their subcontractor. Not sure how large respectable companies can tolerate such sub standard performance from their subcontractors.

Living in a 1984 ranch, needless to say we've had lots of issues with older plumbing. We were so happy to discover Chris and Samjokar Plumbers a number of years ago. They have always responded quickly and fixed our problems at fair prices. When we discovered a leak that had completely rotted out the floors below two bathrooms, they were there immediately and helped us through two complete bathroom renovations. They are honest and trustworthy, and at this point we consider them family!
