I have been working on homes and equipment for nearly 20 years. Have experience in all fields from septic systems to fine finish trim and paint. Have been in the rental biz for nearly 15 years as well. I have been trusted in over 1000 units in the past 3 years I've been living and working in the Redding area. I have general liability insurance and a business license. I am NOT a Licensed contractor. All jobs must be under the California maximum of 500$. Labor an d materials. Came with an estimate of 2,000 and charged me 3,000 for a flooring installation. Tried to contact them many times after the fact to have them fix large gaps in the flooring where you can see the concrete underneath. They did not respond to my message on porch, my text messages or calls to their cell phone. Told me they would fix any problems within the year of the project being compete, they never came back. Terrible craftsmanship, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent work installing our windows and siding on our home. Reasonable prices. Very prompt. After work was complete. The clean up was excellent. Clark will be doing work for us again. Thanks for the great experience
