Our Company Biale Construction, LLC was formed by Dennis Biale in 1991. Jim Oliver became a full partner in 2000. Together, Dennis and Jim have over 80 years of combined construction experience. Biale Construction, LLC specializes in: Restorations, including insurance repairs, emergency board-ups and dry-outs Residential additions and remodels Commercial tenant improvements Structural upgrades Project consultation and design assistance The State of Nevada limits bid amounts for contracts. Our Nevada State general contractor license has a $4.1 million limit per job. The State of California has no monetary limit on our general contractor license. We carry worker's compensation and liability insurance for each state. The Xactimate estimating system is used for insurance repair estimates.
