I have never lived in a manufactured home before, but just bought one. I initially asked Jack to check my roof to see if there was any work needed prior to the rainy and snow season. While he was at my place, he shared his knowledge about the construction of the manufactured home with me. I now know a lot more about my home such as where the load bearing walls were, what might be good flooring solutions, how to move my cabinets or install new cabinets, etc. I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to upsell me with anything...just gave me info and when asked, quoted me very reasonable estimations for doing improvements. I feel that he is a very honest man who takes great pride in his work and will definitely use him when the need arises.
