If I could give zero stars I would. What started off pleasantly enough turned into a nightmare real fast. It started when at midnight the night before the start date Nick texted that his “daughters” had Covid. Ok fine sure. Waited a couple extra weeks and the day he was to start his tools were too wet from rain. Ok. When he finally showed up the next day he dropped my entire pallet of lvp in the middle of the Main Street in town. Boxes were damaged and I still haven’t received compensation. Nick worked for a total of 2 days before he “lost” his truck key. He didn’t come back for a week. The day he finally came back he only worked from 12 to 3. Nick gave my house key to a guy he met on Facebook and was having do my floors. Luckily the guy showed up for the most part, but the work is crappy at best. There are hills and valleys where they didn’t prepare the floor properly. All this time Nick is continuously asking for money. I paid out several Zelle payments in addition to what I paid per contract. Each time I’d pay him he’d make big promises and not follow through. Finally, after I made another payment he ditched us because he “had a hard night.” I’m told he has a gambling problem causing these hard nights. Nick told me his gf left and took his money to garner my sympathy. Being someone who sees the best in people I fell for it. He didn’t show up again, will not respond to me and BLOCKED ME on Facebook even though we have a contract, invoices and receipts showing I’ve paid for work not completed and the job is nowhere near done. Also the floors look terrible and he installed baseboards upside down and OVER the existing baseboards. There is an inch of caulking in some areas. All of this has to be torn out and fixed at whose cost…mine because he has dropped off the planet. He left me with no countertops, a half primed kitchen, and a floor that I have to most likely get redone again. NEVER HIRE THIS MAN. HE ALSO SAID HE IS LICENSED AND HAS AN LLC AND HE IS NOT AND DOES NOT. HE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. UPON FURTHER RESEARCH ON 4/2021 HIS LLC WAS SUSPENDED AND REVOKED.

Incredible service all work done within time constraints. if you want things right the first time there is no other way to go
