On 10/16/2020 I had Simmons Electric to extend the whip on my wall range that cost $375.00. Unfortunately, I was out of town during the time, however my niece was there to observe everything. Simmons Electric took out the entire range and left it on the garage floor. I receive a call from Simmons Electric and said they are leaving the range on the floor to make it easy for Sears to put the repair part back in.( Me not knowing this is not normal) (Sears advised me that it's not normal to take the range completely out and they(Sears) is not responsible to put it back). Long story short, I called Simmons Electric to please put the range back where is was(in the wall) and they said, " You told us to leave it out and now it will cost an additional $300.00 dollars to put it back". Simmons Electric wasn't worried about making it easy for Sears, they wanted to make it easy for themselves! I'm still without my wall range! Very poor customer service, please beware!
